RE: PERMIT# 14650 To Whom It May Concern: Attached is a copy of the permit, pulled on Terri Ladd's home,it was a small fire. The electrical was done immediately,and it passed, I have been held up on this job because of the"appears water damage occurred to roof sheating and needs to be replaced. Approximately one to two sheets need to be replaced along with associated shingles." Attached is a copy from my roofer, he said it is a sound house. Since I cannot move on this job until these issues have been taken care of,the house is in the same condition as it was. The homeowner has found someone to do the repairs, but I do not want this on my permit, so pie cancel this permit,as the work is not being done by ACB Construction,the electrical was done by RMJ Electric If there is anything else I can do please let me know.
