The above inspections were conducted as per requirements under Chapter 17 of the 2006
International building code.
Steel construction work of elevated platform was inspected by CSI,technician Richie Obermayer.
Proper steel selections for the platform and the installation are in accordance with approved
plans.
Field notes,site photographs,and City of Phoenix Special Inspection Certificate are attached.
I hereby certify that, to the best of my knowledge, the above itemized structural requirements
conform to the 2006 International Building Code and the approved plans and specifications
insofar as those items requiring special inspection. CSI's findings and conclusions are limited to
the observations noted above. No guarantee that the project has been constructed in full accord
with the plans and specifications is intended or implied.

Mr. Smith,
The FRP screen system and its related framing elements installed at the subject site
exceed the design detail requirements for the project.
The original permitted construction drawings were prepared for a "stick built" screen
component assembly. The Lentech constructed system and its framing incorporate the
individual components into an integral panel system that performs more efficiently than the
stick built design.
The design intent for the project has been met by the Lentech components.
