We will final their permit but will not issue a clearance or a C of O. We will also write on their permit that additional permits will be required to complete the work and obtain a C of 0/Clearance. From: Matt Bryant [mailto:matt@valievfireandwater.com] Sent: Wednesday, July 11, 2012 11:17 AM To: Ptashkin, Mark Subject: Villa Charme Fire Good Afternoon Mark. We are working on a fire restoration of 5727 and 5729 N. 44th Lane. We have a little bit of a unique situation. There are two separate insurance policies for these homes. The policy that we are working under is through the H.O.A. and covers damages through drywall. The homeowner's policy covers everything from drywall through finishes. The homeowners of these units have hired their own contractor to finish their units. The dilemma is that we would like to be able to close our permit out at the completion of our work. Do you have any suggestions on how I should handle this? Can we set a temp sink, toilet, and blank off light fixtures to get final or is their a way to revise the permits to show that we only did rough installation?
