Re: Application for Encroachment
We have recently decided to add In ground swimming pool to our property at 5905 N
79th Drive, Glendale,AZ. We attached Is our application for encroachment.
The pool will not be in the PUE area however, there will be pavers (not concreted in but
rather laid on ABC gravel & sand) approximately 3 feet on the easement. The pavers will
be fairly easy to remove if required.
