hereby quit-claim to MARICOPA COUNTY,a political subdivision of the State of Arizona,grantee,all right,title,or interest
in the following real property situated in Maricopa County, Arizona:
. The East Fifty(50) feet of the West Half of Section Thirty-three(33), Township Three
(3) North, Range One(1) West, of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian.
As a further consideration herewith, the Grantee agrees to.relocate existing fences
to Grantor's property.

Said property is conveyed to Maricopa County solely for the purpose
of a drainage ditch and whenever said property is not so used or
required for such use, title thereto shall revert to the Grantor ,-
herein.
Grantor, his heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, will
always be given access to the above described property for disposing
of tail.water.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging, to the grantee, its suc-
