quitclaim to NEUEL EDWIN WEATHERSBY AND CHERYL ANN WEATHERSBY,
HUSBAND AND WIFE (collectively, Grantees) any and all rights, title and interest to and in
that certain parcel of Real Property situated in Maricopa County and described as follows:
