to the City of Glendale, an Arizona municipal corporation(Grantee),the following described real property
situated in Maricopa County, Arizona, together with all buildings, structures, improvements and fixtures
thereon and all rights and privileges appurtenant thereto:
See the legal description set forth in Exhibit "A" attached and incorporated by this
reference(the Property).
SUBJECT TO: All taxes, assessments, reservations in patents and all easements, rights of way,
encumbrances,liens,covenants,conditions and restrictions,obligations and liabilities as may appear of record
or would be revealed by a current and accurate inspection or survey of the Property.
Grantor binds itself and its successors to warrant and defend the title to the Property against all acts
of Grantor and no other,subject to the matters set forth above.
