hereby irrevocably convey to City of Glendale, a municipal corporation
all right,title, or interest in the following real property situated in Maricopa County,Arizona:
See Exhibit "A,B, and C" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
SUBJECT TO: Current taxes and assessments,reservations and all easements,rights of way,
covenants, conditions, restrictions. Grantee covenants that the Property shall be subject to a
perpetual conservation restriction for the preservation of the land as open space, for the
protection of the environmental system, and for the benefit of the general public. The Grantee
may only transfer the Property to another governmental unit as defined in the I.R.S. code under
"Qualified Organization" The transfer must be made with the original stipulations for a
perpetual conservation restriction included within the deed.
