For Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration, I or We, SANDS INVESTMENT COMPANY, LLC,
an Arizona limited liability company ("Grantor"), do hereby convey to the City of Glendale, an Arizona
Municipal Corporation ("Grantee"), all right, title and interest to and in that certain parcel of Real
Property situated in Maricopa County and described as follows:
See Attached Description, "Exhibit A"
It is the intention of the parties to cause the real property on said Exhibit "A" to be dedicated as public
right of way for roadway purposes, and to vest title in fee simple in the City of Glendale in Trust, for all
the uses contemplated in public street dedication.
And I or We do warrant the title against all persons whomsoever, subject only to those encumbrances or
liens of record, or as above set forth, if any.

Maricopa County, Arizona, described as follows:
COMMENCING at the Northeast corner of said Section 5;
THENCE South 2 degrees 00 minutes 05 seconds East 548.93 feet, along the
East line of said Section 5;
THENCE South 87 degrees 59 minutes 55 seconds West 45.00 feet to the
Northeast corner of that property described in Special Warranty Deed recorded as
96-0540866, Official Records of Maricopa County, Arizona and the PO/NT OF
BEGINNING;
THENCE South 89 degrees 56 minutes 18 seconds West 10.01 feet along the
North line of property described in said Special Warranty Deed to the West line
