For the consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) , and other valuable considerations the City of
Glendale, does hereby quitclaim to JEZABEL AGUIRRE LIZARRAGA, a married woman as
her Sole and Separate Property, all right, title and interest to and in that certain parcel of Real
Property situated in Maricopa County and described as follows:
The North 16 feet, together with the East 17 feet of Lot 1,NANCY
KAY ESTATES, according to the plat recorded in Book 41 of
Maps, Page 28,records of Maricopa County Arizona;
EXCEPT the South 12 feet of the East 17 feet thereof, to be
retained as Public Right-of-Way for Bethany Home Road.
