LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR
EL PRADO
ROADWAY EASEMENT ABANDONMENT
That part of that certain Roadway Easement described in Docket 7855, Page 355, Records of
Maricopa County, Arizona, being situated in the South Half of Section 14, Township 2 North,
Range 1 East of the Gila and Salt River Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona, more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the Maricopa County Brass Cap in hand hole marking the South Quarter
Corner of said Section 14, from which the Brass Cap in hand hole marking the Southwest
Corner of said Section 14 bears South 89°24'45" West, a distance of 2,624.88 feet;
Thence North 89°23'32" East, along the South line of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 14,
a distance of 12.93 feet to a point on the Easterly line of said Roadway Easement;
Thence North 00°16'20" West, along said Easterly line, a distance of 55.00 feet to a point on a
line which is parallel with and 55.00 feet Northerly, as measured at right angles, from the South
line of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 14, said point being the True Point of Beginning;
Thence South 89°23'32" West, along said parallel line, a distance of 13.20 feet to a point on a
line which is parallel with and 55.00 feet Northerly, as measured at right angles, from the South
line of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 14;
Thence South 89°24'45" West, along last said parallel line, a distance of 26.80 feet to a point on
the Westerly line of said Roadway Easement;
Thence North 00°16'20" West, along said Westerly line, a distance of 1,264.43 feet to a point
on the North line of the South Half of the South Half of said Section 14;
Thence North 89°25'40" East, along said North line, a distance of 5.00 feet;
Thence South 00°1620" East, a distance of 817.42 feet to a point on a 275.00 foot radius non-
tangent curve, whose center bears North 89°42'35" East;
Thence Southerly, along said curve, through a central angle of 29°12'16", a distance of 140.17
feet to a point on the Easterly line of said Roadway Easement;
