The possible locations for public art were the two lobby areas, the elevator tower, and the courtyard. The commission was asked to keep in mind the function of the facility and its customers. The architect will be invited to the January meeting to discuss the elevations. The Southwest Conservation and the Woodman will be invited to give further proposals on the "Glendale Pioneers" bas relief repair. Both companies stated a definite bid could not be given without viewing the bas relief from the back. Arrangements will be made to remove the bas relief from the wall and to invite both companies to give more detail bids.
