The Public Safety Building foyer will have two large 81 x 191 spaces, which would be ideal for a mural or large art project. The panels are 9 1/2 feet above ground level. If the commission considers doing a project on that location, it is recommended that the a canvas be mounted to the wall instead of painting directly to the wall. B. The commission will also request one of the small models to be included in the $58,000 commission payment. Both motions passed. It is recommended that the sculpture be placed on a three to four foot pedestal.
