ON TUESDAY,
JAPUARY 30, 1951,
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Schrey with
the following members present: Filer, Sample, Lopez, Cotts
Sine, and Taylor. Members absent® none.
H. L. Shantz, Jr., and Joe Little, representing the
Public Housing Administration, were present in connection with
refinancing the Glendale Housing Authority.
The following Resolution 10. 387, hew Series, it be-
ing a RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING: THE SALE, !SSUAICE AhD DELIVERY
OF TE1,,TUB.ARY LOAN NOTES IN THE AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF
1200P000; THE EXECUTIOW OF REQUISITION AGREEhENT NO. 10; AND
TEE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF ADVANCE LOAN NOTE 50. B-7 AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY, was introduced in.writing by the City
Clerk and upon motion of Councilman Sine, seconded by Council-
man Cotts, and unanimously carried, was read in full and con-
sidered.
Councilman Sine moved that an emergency be declared
to exist., that all rules be suspended, and that the foregoing
Resolution be adopted as introduced and read, which motion was
seconded by Councilman Cotts, and upon a roll call vote the
ayes and nays were an follows:
