CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Weiers called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m.

MOTION AND CALL TO ENTER INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION
A motion was made by Councilmember Jamie Aldama, seconded by Vice Mayor Lauren
Tolmachoff to hold an executive session.

EXECUTIVE SESSION
Council entered into executive session at 1:03 p.m. for discussion/consultation with the City Attorney and
City Manager to:
•receive an update, to consider its position, and to provide instruction/direction to the City Attorney and
City Manager regarding Glendale's position in connection with a contract relating to property in the
area of 58th Avenue and Glenn Drive (A.R.S. §§ 38-431.03 (A)(3)(4)(7))
•receive an update, to consider its position, and toprovide instruction/direction to the City Attorney and
City Manager regarding Glendale's position in connection with a contract relating to property in the
area of 57th Avenue and Glenn Drive (A.R.S. §§ 38-431.03 (A)(3)(4)(7))
•to receive an update, to consider its position, and to provide instruction/direction to the City Attorney
and City Manager regarding Glendale's position in connection with a contract relating to property in
the area of 91st Avenue and Orangewood Avenue. (A.R.S. §§ 38-431.03 (A)(3)(4)(7))
•receive an update, to consider its position, and to provide instruction/direction to the City Attorney and
City Manager regarding Glendale's position in connection with a contract relating to property in the

area of 61st Avenue and Northern Avenue (A.R.S. §§ 38-431.03 (A)(3)(4)(7))
•receive an update, to consider its position, and to provide instruction/direction to the City Attorney and
City Manager regarding Glendale's position in connection with a contract relating to property in the
area of 83rd Avenue and Bell Road (A.R.S. §§ 38-431.03 (A)(3)(4)(7))
•to receive an update, to consider its position, and to provide instruction/direction to the City Attorney
and City Manager regarding Glendale's position in connection with a contract relating to property
located at 7149 N. 58th Avenue (A.R.S. §§ 38-431.03 (A)(3)(4)(7))
ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made by Vice Mayor Lauren Tolmachoff, seconded by Councilmember Joyce
Clark to adjourn the meeting.
