This property is conveyed subject to: assessments, reservations, easements, rights-of-way, deed restrictions and other agreements as may appear on record. GRANTEE hereby agrees that subject property is conveyed for a public purpose and shall be utilized for a public purpose by the GRANTEE. As required by ARS 48-3603(I), if all or a part of this property is subsequently sold by GRANTEE as undeveloped property for a price exceeding the original sale price, the District shall be paid the difference between the original price and the subsequent sale price.
