Call to Order
Charles Erickson, Acting Chair, called to order the Local Police Board meeting at 9:00 a.m.
Review and Approval of the August 26, 2015 Local Police Board Meeting Minutes
The minutes of the August 26, 2015 Local Police Board meeting were reviewed. Mayor Jerry Weiers moved
to accept the minutes as presented. Officer Justin Harris seconded the motion. The Board voted and passed
the motion unanimously.
Review and Approval of Application for Enrollment into the Deferred Retirement Option Plan
("D.R.O.P.")—James Carl Doolittle
The Local Police Board reviewed James Carl Doolittle's D.R.O.P. Enrollment Application. James Carl
Doolittle, Police Sergeant, has 28.006 years of credited service. He elected to participate in the D.R.O.P. on
September 11, 2015. He chose to participate in the D.R.O.P. for a period of sixty (60) months. He must
terminate employment with the City of Glendale Police Department on or before September 30, 2020. He has
been a member of the Glendale Police Department since July 1, 1996. The action requested of the Board is to
approve the Application for Enrollment into D.R.O.P. Retirement submitted by James Carl Doolittle, Police
Sergeant.
Officer Justin Harris moved to approve the D.R.O.P. Enrollment Application submitted by James Carl
Doolittle, Police Sergeant. Officer Cody Carmichael seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

Charles Erickson, Acting Chair, asked for a motion to adjourn the meeting. Officer Justin Harris made a
motion to adjourn the meeting. Officer Cody Carmichael seconded the motion. The meeting was adjourned at
9:08 a.m.
