CONVEYANCE OF EASEMENT
For Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration, HR GCC, LLC, a Delaware limited liability
company ("Grantor") hereby grants to the City of Glendale, an Arizona municipal corporation
(the "City"), an easement to install, repair, operate, maintain and remove water lines and
appurtenant facilities upon, over and under the surface of the following described property:
see attached description, "Exhibit A"
together with the right of ingress and egress to, from, across and along Grantor's property, and
with the right to use lands adjacent to said easement during temporary periods of construction;
the right to operate, repair, replace, maintain and remove facilities and appurtenances from said
premises; to add to or alter said facilities at any reasonable time; and to trim or remove any trees
or shrubs that in the judgment of the City may interfere with the construction, operation, or
maintenance of said facilities.
By accepting this easement, the City agrees to exercise reasonable care to avoid any damage to
said real property above described.

Legal Description 1:
A part of LOT 2, as shown on the Final Plat of GLENDALE CORPORATE CENTER, recorded
in Book 976 of Maps, Page 30, in the office of the County Recorder of Maricopa County,
Arizona, described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Lot 2, thence South 89° 18' 36" East along the
North Line of said Lot 2, a distance of 200.38 feet, to a point on the West Line of the existing
Easement for Water, as shown on the said Final Plat of GLENDALE CORPORATE CENTER.
Thence, along said West line, South 00° 41' 29" West a distance of 4.82 feet to the True Point Of
Beginning. Thence, continue along said West Line, South 00° 41' 29 " West a distance of 6.00
feet. Thence, North 89° 21' 03" West a distance of 9.48 feet. Thence, North 00° 38' 57" East a
