ALSO PRESENT: Brenda Fischer, City Manager; Jamsheed Mehta, Interim Assistant City
Manager, Julie Frisoni, Interim Assistant City Manager; Michael Bailey, City Attorney; and

WORKSHOP SESSION
1. CALL TO ENTER INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION at 6:07 p.m.
Knaack moved and Sherwood seconded to enter into Executive Session.
The motion passed unanimously
EXECUTIVE SESSION
1. LEGAL MATTERS
A. Discussion and consultation with the City Attorney to receive an update, to consider
its position and obtain legal advice regarding the City's position related to property
located at approximately 91st and Northern Avenues. (A.R.S. § 38-
431.03(A)(3)(4)(6))
The special workshop reconvened at 6:49 p.m. and the meeting was adjourned.
