9:00 a.m.
One or more members of the City Council may be unable to attend the Special Workshop and
Executive Session Meeting in person and may participate telephonically, pursuant to
A.R.S. § 38-431(4).
PRESENT: Mayor Jerry P. Weiers, Vice Mayor Yvonne J. Knaack and
Councilmembers Norma S. Alvarez, Ian Hugh, Manuel D. Martinez, Gary
D. Sherwood, and Samuel U. Chavira
ALSO PRESENT: Richard Bowers, Acting City Manager; and Nick DiPiazza, Acting City
Attorney
Mayor Weiers called the Special Workshop meeting to order at 9:12 a.m.
Vice Mayor Knaack made the motion to go into executive session.
Councilmember Chavira seconded the motion.
It was unanimous to go into executive session.
The Council moved into executive session at 9:12 a.m.
Council came out of executive session at 12:29 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 12:29 p.m.
