PRESENT: Mayor Jerry P. Weiers, Vice Mayor Yvonne J. Knaack and Councilmembers
Norma S. Alvarez, Ian Hugh, Manuel D. Martinez, Gary D. Sherwood, and Samuel U. Chavira
ALSO PRESENT: Richard Bowers, Acting City Manager; Horatio Skeete, Assistant City
Manager;Nick DiPiazza, Acting City Attorney; and Pamela Hanna, City Clerk
The Special Meeting was called to order at 5:19 p.m.
1. DISCUSS AND TAKE POSSIBLE ACTION WITH RESPECT TO THE SEVERANCE
AGREEMENT AND SEPARATION OF THE CURRENT CITY ATTORNEY
The City Councilmembers briefly discussed the agreed to terms of the agreement with Mr. Craig Tindall.
Councilmember Knaack moved seconded by Councilmember Martinez to accept the agreement
between the City of Glendale and Mr. Craig Tindall dated April 1,2013.
The motion passed unanimously.
