1:30 p.m.
One or more members of the City Council may be unable to attend the Council Special
Meeting in person and may participate telephonically,pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431(4).
PRESENT: Mayor Elaine M. Scruggs, and Councilmembers Joyce V. Clark,
Yvonne J. Knaack, and Manuel D. Martinez,
PARTICIPATING BY TELEPHONE: Vice Mayor Steven E. Frate and Councilmember
H. Phillip Lieberman
ABSENT: Councilmember Norma S. Alvarez
ALSO PRESENT: Horatio Skeete, Acting City Manager and Craig Tindall, City
Attorney
1. CALL TO ENTER INTO AN EXECUTIVE SESSION
Mayor Scruggs called the meeting to order at 1:41 p.m.
It was moved by Lieberman, and seconded by Clark, to go into executive session.
The motion carried unanimously.
The workshop adjourned at 1:41 p.m. to go into executive session.
The workshop reconvened at 2:56 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT
