Call to Order
Larry Clark, Acting Chair, called to order the Local Police Board meeting at 9:14 a.m.
Review and Approval of the February 22,2012 Local Police Board Meeting Minutes
The minutes of the February 22, 2012 Local Police Board meeting were reviewed. Det. Brandon Keefer
moved to accept the minutes as presented. City Manager Ed Beasley seconded the motion. The Board voted
and passed the motion unanimously.
Review and Approval of Application for Enrollment into the Deferred Retirement Option Plan
("D.R.O.P.")—Glen L. Vance
The Local Police Board reviewed Glen L. Vance's D.R.O.P. Enrollment Application. Glen L. Vance, Police
Sergeant, has 24.620 years of credited service. He has elected to participate in the D.R.O.P. on May 4, 2012
for a period of sixty (60) months. Glen L. Vance has been a member of the Glendale Police Department since
September 21, 1987. The action requested of the Board is to approve the Application for Enrollment in
D.R.O.P. Retirement submitted by Glen L. Vance, Police Sergeant.
Det. Brandon Keefer moved to approve the D.R.O.P. Enrollment Application submitted by Glen L. Vance,
Police Sergeant. City Manager Ed Beasley seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

Review and Approval of Application for Normal Retirement—Rosario Guillermo Manning
The Local Police Board reviewed Rosario Guillermo Manning's Application for Normal Retirement. Rosario
Guillermo Manning, Police Officer, has completed 22.189 years of credited service. She is scheduled to retire
from the Glendale Police Department on March 30, 2012. She has been a member of the Public Safety
Personnel Retirement System since January 22, 1990.
Det. Brandon Keefer made a motion to approve the Application for Normal Retirement submitted by Rosario
Guillermo Manning, Police Officer. City Manager Ed Beasley seconded the motion. The Board voted and
passed the motion unanimously.
Review and Approval of Application for Separation Refund from Public Safety Personnel Retirement
System ("PSPRS")—Steven M. Conrad
The Local Police Board reviewed the Application for Separation Refund from the "PSPRS" for Steven M.
Conrad, Police Chief Steven M. Conrad certified that he has not been accepted for employment with any
other Public Safety Personnel Retirement System (PSPRS) employer and has not previously received a refund
of his accumulated contributions to the PSPRS. Human Resources certified that Steven M. Conrad's last date
of employment will be May 4, 2012.
Det. Brandon Keefer made a motion to approve the Application for Separation Refund from PSPRS submitted
by Steven M. Conrad, Police Chief City Manager Ed Beasley seconded the motion. The Board voted and
passed the motion unanimously.

There was no new business.

Larry Clark, Acting Chair, asked for a motion to adjourn the meeting. Det. Brandon Keefer made a motion to
adjourn the meeting. City Manager Ed Beasley seconded the motion. The Local Police Board meeting
adjourned at 9:18 a.m.
