WORKSHOP & EXECUTIVE SESSION

PRESENT: Mayor Elaine M. Scruggs, Vice Mayor Steven E. Frate and
Councilmembers Norma S. Alvarez, Joyce V. Clark, Yvonne J. Knaack,
H. Phillip Lieberman, and Manuel D. Martinez,
ALSO PRESENT: Horatio Skeete, Assistant City Manager; Craig Tindall, City Attorney; and
1. CALL TO ENTER INTO AN EXECUTIVE SESSION
Motion made by Frate, and second by Lieberman, to go into Executive Session. The
motion carried unanimously.
Meeting reconvened at 4:56.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 4:56 p.m.
