the State of Arizona, GRANTOR, for the sum of Twenty One Thousand Eleven and no/100
Dollars ($21,011.00), and other valuable consideration, receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby
acknowledged,paid by the City of Glendale, an Arizona municipal corporation,GRANTEE,herein
has granted, sold, and conveyed and by this Deed does grant, sell, and convey unto the said
GRANTEE all that certain real property situated in the County of Maricopa, State of Arizona, for
public roadway purposes, described as follows:

The GRANTOR hereby conveys unto GRANTEE all warranties of title of any nature whatsoever that
GRANTOR owns; provided, however, GRANTOR warrants title as against all of its acts and not
other acts.
This property is conveyed subject to: assessments, reservations, easements, rights-of-way, and deed
restrictions as may appear on record.

The City of Glendale warrants that the property will be utilized for a public purpose. The Property is
being acquired by the City of Glendale for use as a city sponsored road and the City of Glendale may
utilise the property for this or another public purpose. Said purchase shall consistent with and comply
with all federal,state,county,and municipal regulations,including but not limited to,A.R.S 48-3603 (I),
which state that if the Property is subsequently sold by the City of Glendale for a price exceeding the
original sale price, the Flood Control District shall be paid the difference between the original price
and the subsequent sale price.
