Betsy said since there was no agenda item for public input on the agenda no actions could be taken in response to comments on the Old Roma project. Betsy also said the CTOC meeting included an overview of the Beardsley Road Connector project, noting that there would be considerable inconvenience for Loop 101 motorists when the project begins. VI. 2010 GLENDALE FAMILY BIKE RIDE AND GREEN FESTIVAL Steve Hancock displayed aerial photos of the Sahauro Ranch Park soccer field depicting the layout of the bike ride registration area and the parking lot adjacent to the soccer field. Steve pointed out the placement of barricades blocking off the area for volunteer and ride related parking and how bike ride participant parking was to be routed. Steve requested that Brad Meek and Norm Crowell direct traffic arriving for the ride to the Glendale Community College parking lot. Steve then explained the need to have volunteers at Sahauro Ranch early enough to transfer materials to the registration area from the storage bin. Steve also discussed the associated Green Festival and how the bike ride would interact with the events in the Main Library area and near the Sahuaro Ranch Park Historical Area.
