WORKSHOP & EXECUTIVE SESSION

PRESENT: Mayor Elaine M. Scruggs, Vice Mayor Steven E. Frate and
Councilmembers Norma S. Alvarez, Joyce V. Clark, Yvonne J. Knaack,
H. Phillip Lieberman, and Manuel D. Martinez,
ALSO PRESENT: Ed Beasley, City Manager; Horatio Skeete, Assistant City Manager; and
Craig Tindall, City Attorney;
1. CALL TO ENTER INTO AN EXECUTIVE SESSION
Mayor Scruggs called the meeting to order at 9:47 a.m.
It was moved by Frate, and seconded by Clark, to go into executive session. The motion
carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
The workshop adjourned at 9:47 a.m. to go into executive session.
