For the consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable
considerations, Julea Geraldine Williams, Trustee of the Julea
Geraldine Williams Trust dated January 17, 1997, does hereby convey
to City of Glendale, an Arizona Municipal corporation, all right,
title and interest to and in that certain parcel of real property
situated in Maricopa County, Arizona and described as follows:

And I do warrant the title against all persons whomsoever, subject
only to those encumbrances or liens of record, or as above set •
forth, if any.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Lots 14, 15, 16 and 17 inclusive, Block 32, GLENDALE ADDITION, according to Book 2 of
Maps,Page 49,records of Maricopa County,Arizona;
EXCEPT any portion lying within the following described parcel of land:
For State Highway purposes, an estate in fee in and to that certain parcel of real property situated
in Maricopa County, Arizona, described as follows:
That portion of Lots 14 and 15, Block 32, GLENDALE, also known as GLENDALE
AMENDED and GLENDALE AMENDED PLAT, according to Book 2 of Maps, Page 49,
records of Maricopa County, Arizona, located in the Northwest quarter (NW 1/4) of Section 8,
Township 2 North, Range 2 East, Gila and Salt River Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona,
which lies between the existing Northeasterly right of way line of U.S. Highway 60
(WICKENBURG-PHOENIX HIGHWAY) and the following described line:
COMMENCING at an Arizona Highway Department (AHD) brass cap in handhole (South
monument of 2) marking the Northwest corner of said Section 8, being North 89°32'21" West,
2681.94 feet from a City of Glendale brass cap in handhole marking the North quarter corner of
Said Section 8;
thence along the North line of said Section 8 South 89°32'21" East, 54.61 feet to the construction
centerline of said U.S. Highway 60;
thence along said construction centerline of U.S. Highway 60 South 44°38'34" East,
1721.18 feet;
thence North 45°21'26" East, 65.50 feet to the East line of Lot 13 of said Block 32 of
GLENDALE and the POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence North 43°58'36" West, 112.41 feet to a point hereinafter called POINT"A";
thence continuing North 43°58'36" West, 50.00 feet to a point hereinafter called POINT"B";
thence continuing North 43°58'36" West, 38.06 feet to the POINT OF ENDING on the West line
of said Lot 15.
Said Parcel contains 24,986 square feet or 0.5736 acres more or less.
There shall be no right or easement of access to the limited access highway to be constructed
over and upon the right of way described above, provided however, that access shall be
