SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
JUNE 11, 2007
5:30 p.m.
Present: Mayor Scruggs, Vice Mayor Martinez and Councilmembers Goulet,
Clark, Prate, Lieberman, and Knaack
Also Present: Ed Beasley, City Manager; Pam Kavanaugh, Assistant City Manager; and
Pamela Hanna, City Clerk
Salt River Project (SRP)Business Dinner
Representative from SRP in attendance: John Williams, President; David Rousseau, Vice
President; Carolyn Pendergast, Boardmember; Larry Rovey, Boardinember, Wendy
Hancock, Boardmember.
A reception began at 5:30 p.m. and continued until 6:00 p.m.; dinner was served between
6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., and the Special Meeting commenced at 7:00 p.m.
Mr. Dick. Sullivan, General Manager,presented a verbal report on the"SRP Water
Supply and the Drought. Mr. Ken Reedy, Deputy City Manager, verbally reported on the
City of Glendale water supply. The Mayor and City Council questioned Mr. Sullivan and
Mr. Reedy regarding the information in their reports.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
