SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOP,
AND EXECUTIVE SESSION
July 14, 2009
1:30 p.m.
PRESENT: Mayor Elaine M. Scruggs, Vice Mayor Manuel D. Martinez,
and Councilmembers Steven E. Frate, David M. Goulet,
Yvonne J. Knaack, and H. Phillip Lieberman
ABSENT: Councilmember Joyce V. Clark
ALSO PRESENT: Ed Beasley, City Manager; Pam Kavanaugh, Assistant City
Manager; Craig Tindall, City Attorney; and Darcie
McCracken, Deputy City Clerk
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Scruggs called the meeting to order.
1. CALL TO ENTER INTO AN EXECUTIVE SESSION
It was moved by Martinez, and seconded by Frate, to go into Executive
Session. The motion carried unanimously.
The meeting was recessed at 1:34.
Council reconvened. The meeting was adjourned at 2:55 p.m.
