WORKSHOP & EXECUTIVE SESSION

PRESENT: Mayor Elaine M. Scruggs, Vice Mayor Manuel D. Martinez, and
Councilmembers Joyce V. Clark, Steven E. Frate, David M. Goulet,
Yvonne J. Knaack, and H. Phillip Lieberman
ALSO PRESENT: Ed Beasley, City Manager and Craig Tindall, City Attorney
1. CALL TO ENTER INTO AN EXECUTIVE SESSION
Mayor Scruggs opened the meeting at 2:15 p.m.
It was moved by Lieberman and seconded by Clark to go into executive session. The
motion carried unanimously.
Workshop adjourned at 2:15 p.m. to go into executive session.
Workshop was reconvened at 4:13 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 4:13 p.m.
