PRESENT: Mayor Elaine M. Scruggs, Vice Mayor Manuel D. Martinez, and
Councilmembers Joyce V. Clark, Steven E. Frate, David M. Goulet,
Yvonne J. Knaack, and H. Phillip Lieberman
ALSO PRESENT: Ed Beasley, City Manager; Pam Kavanaugh, Assistant City Manager; and
Craig Tindall, City Attorney
1. CALL TO ENTER INTO AN EXECUTIVE SESSION
Councilmember Lieberman moved to go into executive session. Councilmember Frate seconded
the motion. The motion carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT TO GO INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION
The meeting was adjourned at 1:34 p.m.
