By accepting this easement, the City of Glendale agrees to: exercise reasonable care to avoid any damage to said real property above described; restore or have restored the surface of the Easement Area upon completion of the initial installation and any subsequent construction, repair or maintenance work that may be required; use care to avoid damage to property adjacent to the Easement Area and, in the event of damage, exercise due diligence in restoring the property to a condition reasonably the same as existed prior to the damage.
