GRANT OF TRAIL EASEMENT
For Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration,NORTHWEST CHURCH OF CHRIST, INC., an
Arizona non-profit Corporation ("Grantor"), does hereby grant to the PUBLIC, a permanent, non-
exclusive easement for the purpose of establishing and maintaining a pedestrian/cyclist/equestrian trail
("TRAIL EASEMENT") upon, over and under the surface of the following described property:
See Attached Description, "Exhibit A"
Together with the right of ingress and egress to,from, across and along the Trail Easement.
Grantor agrees that it will be solely responsible for the maintenance, care and repair of the Trail Easement,
and all improvements thereon.
