records of Maricopa County, Arizona, said parcel lying within the Southwest quarter of
Section 29, Township 4 North, Range 2 East, of the Gila and Salt River Meridian, Maricopa
County,Arizona, being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most southeasterly corner of said particular parcel described in Instrument
No. 2001-0235994;
thence South 85°55'56" West, 9.32 feet along the southerly line of said particular parcel;
thence departing said southerly line North 44°40'09" East, 13.49 feet to the beginning of a curve
concave northwesterly having a radius of 278.31 feet;
thence northeasterly 223.44 feet along said curve through a central angle of 46°00'01";
