MANAGEMENT L.L.C., an Arizona limited liability company ("Grantor"), do hereby convey to
the City of Glendale, an Arizona Municipal Corporation, all right, title and interest to and in that
certain parcel of Real Property situated in Maricopa County and described as follows:
See Attached Description, Exhibit "A"
Subject to all rights of way, easements, restrictions, liens and encumbrances of record.
And Grantor hereby binds itself and its successors to warrant and defend the title, as
against all acts of Grantor herein and none other, subject to the matters above set forth.
