QUIT CLAIM DEED
For one dollar and other valuable considerations,
EMRLAND LLLP, an Arizona limited liability limited partnership,
hereby quit-claims to the City of Glendale, an Arizona Municipal
Corporation, all right, title, and interest in and to that
certain parcel of real property described in Exhibit "A" attached
and also depicted on the drawing attached as Exhibit "B" , to be
used for public roadway and utility purposes .

That portion of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter(G.L.O. Lot.4), of Section
1,Township 2 North, Range 1 East of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian,
Maricopa County,Arizona described as follows:
COMMENCING at the Northwest corner of said Section 1, Township 2 North, Range 1
East of the Gila arid Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona;
Thence South 89 degrees 46 minutes 15 seconds East along the North line of the
Northwest quarter of said Section 1, a distance of 1,329.78 feet to the Northeast corner
of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter(G.L.O. Lot 4)of said Section 1;
Thence South 01 degrees 48 minutes 11 seconds West along the East line of the
Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of said Section 1, a distance of 40.02 feet,to
the South line of the North 40 feet of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of
said Section 1 and to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence continuing South 01 degrees 48 minutes 11 seconds West along the East line of

Thence South 89 degrees 59 minutes 03 seconds West along the South line of said
Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of said Section 1 and along the North line of
said GLENDALE BUSINESS PARK, a distance of 11.00 feet;
Thence North 16 degrees 47 minutes 38 seconds East, 20.86 feet;
