Grantor reserves for itself, its successors and assigns and its tenants or its or their sublessees, invitees, licensees, successors and assigns and for such other persons and parties as they may desire, the right to pave, landscape, install curbs, gutters and signs, and to park and to have access on and over the property described on Exhibit A and the right to otherwise use such property in any manner which is not inconsistent with the easement herein granted.
