CONVEYANCE OF EASEMENT ORDINANCE 2600
For Ten Dollars and other good and valuable consideration, BCI Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Los
Angeles, a Delaware corporation, hereby grants to the City of Glendale, an Arizona Municipal
Corporation, an easement to install, repair, operate, maintain and remove a waterline and appurtenant
facilities ("facilities") upon, over and under the surface of the following described property:
See Attached Description, "Exhibit A"
Together with the right of ingress and egress to, from, across and along the Grantor's Property, and with
the right to use lands adjacent to said easement during temporary periods of construction; the right to
operate, repair, replace, maintain, and remove facilities from said premises; to add to or alter said
facilities at any reasonable time; and to trim or remove any trees or shrubs that in the judgment of the City
may interfere with the construction, operation or maintenance of said facilities.
Grantor reserves for itself, its successors and assigns and its tenants or its or their sublessees, invitees,
licensees, successors and assigns and for such other persons and parties as they may desire, the right to
pave, landscape, install curbs, gutters and signs, and to park and to have access on and over the property
described on Exhibit A and the right to otherwise use such property in any manner which is not
inconsistent with the easement herein granted.
By accepting this easement, the City of Glendale agrees to exercise reasonable care to avoid any damage
to said real property above described.

PARCEL 3, GLEN-HARBOR AIR BUSINESS PARK
An Easement for Water Line purposes, over, under and across that portion of Parcel 3, of the
AMENDED FINAL PLAT FOR A PORTION OF GLEN-HARBOR AIR BUSINESS PARK, according
to the plat of record in the office of the County Recorder of Maricopa County,Arizona, recorded in
Book 682 of Maps, Page 34, said easement being 20 feet wide, lying 10 feet on either side of the
following described centerline:
COMMENCING at the most Southerly Southwest corner of said Parcel 3;
Thence North 89°29' 04'East, along the Southerly line of said Parcel 3, a distance of 8.00 feet to
a point on the Easterly line of an 8 foot wide Public Utility Easement(P.U.E.) as shown on said
plat, said point lying on a curve, the radius of which bears South 89°29' 04"West, a distance of
