GLENDALE SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOP
HELD ON NOVEMBER 8, 2006
2:00 P.M.
Present: Mayor Elaine M. Scruggs, Vice Mayor Thomas R. Eggleston, and
Councilmembers Joyce V. Clark, David M. Goulet, Manuel D.
Martinez and H. Phillip Lieberman
Absent: Steven E. Frate
Also Present: Also present were Ed Beasley, City Manager; Pam Kavanaugh,
Assistant City Manager; Craig Tindall, City Attorney; and Pamela
Hanna, City Clerk
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Scruggs at 2:00 p.m.
1. CALL FOR VOTE TO ENTER INTO AN EXECUTIVE SESSION
It was moved by Lieberman, and seconded by Clark, to enter into an Executive
Session. The motion carried unanimously.
The Special City Council Meeting was reconvened at 4:55 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 4:55 p.m.
