MINUTES
GLENDALE SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOP
HELD ON MAY 15, 2007
1:30 P.M.
PRESENT: Mayor Elaine M. Scruggs, Vice Mayor Manuel D. Martinez, and
Councilmembers Joyce V. Clark, Steven E. Frate, David M. Goulet,
Yvonne J. Knaack, and H. Phillip Lieberman
ALSO PRESENT: Ed Beasley, City Manager; Pam Kavanaugh, Assistant City
Manager; Craig Tindall, City Attorney; and Darcie McCracken,
Deputy City Clerk
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Scruggs at 1:45 p.m.
1. CALL TO ENTER INTO AN EXECUTIVE SESSION
It was moved by Martinez, and seconded by Frate, to enter into an
Executive Session. The motion carried unanimously.
Council came back into Workshop at 4:52 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 4:53 p.m.
