Background The Deeds and Easements Ordinance is comprised of properties that have been deeded to the City. The City Clerk has recorded these deeds with Maricopa County. As a matter of practice, the Council formally accepts these properties by ordinance. Recommendation Waive reading beyond the title and adopt an ordinance formally accepting the real estate properties on behalf of the City of Glendale. Ed Beasley City Mana:/ • `.
