CITY OF GLENDALE, MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA
SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
HELD ON MARCH 8, 2005
5:00 P.M.
Present: Mayor Elaine M. Scruggs, Vice Mayor Thomas R. Eggleston, and
Councilmembers Joyce V. Clark, Steven E. Frate, David M. Goulet,
Manuel D. Martinez and H. Phillip Lieberman
Also Present: Also present were Ed Beasley, City Manager; Pam Kavanaugh,
Assistant City Manager; Craig Tindall, City Attorney; and Donna
Brown, Legal Assistant.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Scruggs at 5:06 p.m.
1. CALL FOR VOTE TO ENTER INTO AN EXECUTIVE SESSION
It was moved by Eggleston, and seconded by Clark, to enter into an
Executive Session. The motion carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 5:41 p.m.
