CITY OF GLENDALE, MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA
SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
HELD ON FEBRUARY 10, 2004
5:30 P.M.
Present: Mayor Elaine M. Scruggs, Vice Mayor Thomas R. Eggleston, and
Councilmembers Joyce V. Clark, David Goulet, H. Philip
Lieberman, and Manuel D. Martinez
Absent: Councilmember Steven E. Frate
Also Present: Also present was Jon Paladini, Interim City Attorney.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Scruggs at 5:40 p.m.
1. CALL FOR VOTE TO ENTER INTO AN EXECUTIVE SESSION
It was moved by Lieberman, and seconded by Clark, to enter into an
Executive Session. The motion carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 5:42 p.m.
