Present: Mayor Elaine M. Scruggs, Vice Mayor Thomas R. Eggleston,
and Councilmembers Joyce V. Clark, Steven E. Frate, David
Goulet, H. Philip Lieberman, and Manuel D. Martinez
Also Present: Rick Flaaen, City Attorney
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Elaine Scruggs at 5:50 p.m.
1. CALL TO ENTER INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION
It was moved by Eggleston and seconded by Goulet to enter into
Executive Session. The motion carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 5:53 p.m.
