AND A COUPLE OF ELECTRICAL WIRES IN CEILING ABOVE THE
STOVE AREA. REPAIR/REPLACE ELCTRICAL WIRNG AS NEEDED.
ADD SMOKE DETECTORS PER IRC 2003. ALL A/C DUCTS TO BE
CLEANED AND PROVIDE RECEIPT. NEED ENGINEER TO EVALUATE
2 TRUSSES WITH LIGHT CHARRING FOR POSSIBLE REPAIRS.
INVESTIGATION FEE $90 X 3 PLUS CLEARANCE
ALL WORK TO BE DONE BY LICENCED COMMERCIAL
CONTRACTORS.
