This document is being recorded for the purpose of correcting and superseding
the following: (1) that certain. Special Warranty Deed recorded 4/30/2015 at
Instrument No. 2015-0306113; and (2) that certain Special Warranty Deed
recorded 6/1/2016 at Instrument No. 2016-0378097, in order to replace the
. erroneous legal description of the real property to be conveyed by Maricopa
County to the City of Glendale relating to parcel D22282 pursuant to
Intergovernmental Agreement C-91-11-206-M-00, which, due to a scrivener's
error, inadvertently included certain property that had been acquired by Maricopa
County pursuant to A.R.S. § 11-251(48) which was intended to be excess
property and not part of the Northern Parkway.
