CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Weiers called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.

MOTION AND CALL TO ENTER INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION
A motion was made by Councilmember Bart Turner, seconded by Councilmember Ian Hugh to hold
an executive session.

EXECUTIVE SESSION
Council entered into executive session at 10:01 a.m. to discuss/consult with designated
representatives of the City in order to consider its position and instruct its representatives regarding
negotiations with employee organizations and to receive legal advice regarding the same (A.R.S.
§38-431.03 (A)(3)(5)) and to discus and/or consult, to consider its position and to provide
instruction/direction regarding the. evaluation process and performance reviews of the City Manager,
City Attorney and City Clerk pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(1),(4).
The executive session was adjourned at 11:45 a.m.

Mayor Weiers adjourned the meeting at 11:45 a.m.
