Study on Vehicles

with Traffic Engineering regarding a study on vehicular travel throughout two of the City's
rental housing properties, Glendale Home and Lamar Homes. Since that time, staff has
requested that study; however, they were told that it would be at least six months before the
machines required for the study would be available. The Commissioners were very concerned
about liability issues, especially considering the number of children living on the properties. It _ _
was requested by the Commission that staff check to get information on traffic stops and
accidents in this area for the last year and also send out a notice to all 155 tenants to let them
know of the progress/status of this study. Staff will provide information at the next meeting.
